The fee is $40 for Richland businesses and $50 for non Richland as the city makes us pay that extra for the event permit. You will Venmo @flowermoney this fee when you get an email saying your business is accepted.
Pups & Pals is $25/$35 andthis fee goes to the charity that we partner with.

Minimally we give every vendor 12x12 space but we do not pack the parking lot so just let us know if you need more we are willing to accommodate.

Sorry no. We have to plug in the bar and our building is very old so unfortunately we cant provide that. Feel free to bring any quiet generators.

Bring your own tables, chairs, pop up tent with weights, signage, garbage can, marketing materials, and power source if applicable. We suggest a tool kit with things like scissors, tape, zip ties, and other applicable set up items. Bring your own way to accept payments including cash change. There is Wi-Fi but it may not be strong enough to reach your location so plan accordingly.

No MLM businesses please. For these events we are specifically looking for local makers, homemade goods, and treats. If you are unsure please contact us at 509-430-8786 or allwrappedup@charter.net.

We use some of the vendor fees to sponsor social media ads, sometimes we get the news out, and YOU!
By applying you agree to assist in marketing the event on your social media using #pumpkinsandpals, #pupsandpals, and peoniesandpals. Please share it on Facebook, your IG story, we will generate images that we share in the IG group. It takes a village and we want this to be well attended and successful for all of us.

You MUST have a business license and applicable insurance. Food vendors must have food handling cards etc. Please email this directly to allwrappedup@charter.net If you have a business license but it is not specifically for the City of Richland we have to charge you additionally for the one day as we submit this to the city for approval. THIS IS REQUIRED for all pop up events in the City of Richland as this is a permitted event.

It depends. Typically Pups and Pals is on a Saturday and we do 11-3pm. Peonies & Pals is always on a Thursday afternoon 3-7pm, and Pumpkins & Pals is typically 2-6pm.

This varies depending on what other events we are competing with. Pups& Pals is around 200-250, Peonies & Pals around 400 and Pumpkins & pals 400-500.

This event will take place rain or shine and sickness and in health. You must prepare in case you cannot attend due to illness. Please DO NOT call/text the morning of the event stating you cannot be a vendor, please have a back up plan in place.

Our non profit Mid- Columbia Altrusa serves wine, champagne, cider and beer at Peonies & Pals as well as Pumpkins & Pals.
