Vendor Application and Requirements

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at our 3rd Peonies & Pals! A spring celebration featuring cut peonies for sale and several local makers, food vendors, a wine/champagne garden and more.

The event is Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 3-7pm. Set up is 10am-2pm.

Please read the requirements and info below as well as pay your vendor fee. There will be a group thread on Instagram to keep you up to date. Follow @flowermoney I can add you to the message.

Everyone will have a 10x10 area at minimum. We do not pack the parking lot so this is flexible. Holler if you need more space.
Bring your own tables, chairs, pop up tent with weights, signage, garbage can, marketing materials, and power source if applicable. We suggest a tool kit with things like scissors, tape, zip ties, and other applicable set up items. We do not offer any electricity for the event.
Bring your own way to accept payments including cash change. There is Wi-Fi but it may not be strong enough to reach your location so plan accordingly.
There is a champagne/wine garden that is hosted by Mid Columbia Altrusa.
This event will take place rain or shine and sickness and in health. You must prepare in case you cannot attend due to illness. DO NOT call/text the morning of the event stating you cannot be a vendor, please have a back up plan in place.
Please set up all of your space between 10am-2pm. Event and detail photography will start at 2:15 and we want some fabulous images before as well as during the event.
You MUST have a business license and applicable insurance. Food vendors must have food handling cards etc. Please email this directly to allwrappedup@charter.net If you have a business license but it is not specifically for the City of Richland we have to charge you additionally for the one day as we submit this to the city for approval. THIS IS REQUIRED for all pop up events in the City of Richland as this is a permitted event.

You agree to assist in marketing the event on your social media using #peoniesandpals. Please share it on Facebook, your IG story, pass out flyers or hang one in your business. It takes a village and we want this to be well attended and successful for all of us.
No MLM businesses please. For this event we are specifically looking for local makers, homemade goods and treats. If you are unsure please contact us at 509-430-8786 or allwrappedup@charter.net.
If we accept your application please pay your $40 vendor fee $50 if you do not have City of Richland business license. This fee to covers the rentals, décor, advertising, permit for this event. The businesses of 303 Casey do not profit from vendor fees.
Venmo your fee to @flowermoney. DO NOT PAY until you receive an email saying we are accepting your business and you have emailed your business license. Thank you!
